In a perfect world, where politics and a heavy amount of bullshit do not decide who wins the Academy Award each year in the biggest categories, like Best Picture, Best Actress, Best Director, and so on, the following films, actors, and moviemaking professionals would be the Academy Award Winners, 2013.
