7 Hours (!) Of Friday The 13th Nostalgia With ‘Crystal Lake Memories: The Complete History Of Friday The 13th’ Documentary Release

How much of a die-hard fan do you have to be to watch 420 minutes, that’s 7 hours, of a documentary about the Friday the 13th movie franchise?  Well, writer/director Daniel Farrands is betting on their being plenty of takers with the relase of his documentary, Crystal Lake Memories: The Complete History of Friday the 13th on August 27, 2013.  Inspired by Peter M. Bracke’s novel of the same name, the documentary is narrated by Corey Feldman (Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter) and features interviews with approximately 150 cast and crew members from all of the franchise’s films, including Kane Hodder, Robert Englund, Tom Savini, Danielle Panabaker, Sean S. Cunningham, Derek Mears, Betsy Palmer, Wes Craven, Robert Shaye, Alice Cooper.
