Fright Rags, producer of high quality and extremely cool horror movie t-shirts, has announced the release of a trio of t-shirts based on Stuart Gordon’s Re-Animator, the classic 1985 film based on H.P. Lovecraft’s story and starring Jeffrey Combs and Barbara Crampton. Each of the three shirts has been lovingly designed by a different artist and will be printed with the same quality and affection that fans have come to expect from Fright Rags.
The first shirt is designed by “Ghoulish” Gary Pullin (www.ghoulishgary.com) and is based on the cover art for Waxwork Records’ soundtrack album for the film. The second shirt, designed by Felix LaFlamme (www.felixlaflamme.com), is a depiction of Dr. Hill’s severed head from the film. The final shirt is a limited edition design by James Rheem Davis (www.giantsumo.com) that is also being offered as a limited edition glow-in-the-dark poster, printed on 140# French cover stock. As an added bonus, the 24”x18” posters will also be signed by star Barbara Crampton.
All items will be available for pre-order from August 8th until August 12th and will ship in 5-6 weeks. The shirts will be available at www.fright-rags.com once they are printed, but the Davis shirts are a limited edition so pre-ordering is recommended. The posters are strictly limited to 175, so pre-ordering is strongly encouraged, because once they’re gone, they’re gone. More information about these designs can be found at www.fright-rags.com/teaser/teaser-reanimator.html.
